One-gear wonder!

Love, love this bike. So light weight. I was skeptical since it is only one gear. But it performs perfectly for Palm Springs, which is relatively flat. However, when you need a little extra help, the added power works flawlessly. Blue tooth enabled too so you can map out a route on your phone and the bike will give you directions on its little screen.

Very nice, love it

Enjoy riding my Urtopia seaside or to work in the city. I made one epic journey after another one while riding along Santa Monica’s beaches after commuting in on the Culver City Metro. One of my favorite trips to Santa Monica included a stop at Rapha, where I could park my bike inside and grab a cup of coffee. Such easy and fun rides.

Honest opinion

At 72 years old I thought my bike riding days were over. I live in the San Juan National Forest in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and the roads can get a little steep. The Urtopia has given me a new prospective on hills! I just completed my first ride this morning, downhill going, uphill coming back. It was beyond words how easy the ride home was. Mind you, you still have to pedal but you are in total control of how hard you pedal. I like to push myself so I was sweating by the time I got home (at 29°f). It felt great! Now I can ride the 12 miles into town for a beer and know I can easily make it back home. Thank you for keeping me on the road!!

I want to complement the entire team of Urtopia and Urban E-Rider Co. The customer service has been over the top. The bike has been everything I have always wanted especially for the price. I have been road bike riding for over 14 years and needed someting to help me through all the hills in my new neighborhood and this bike will provide me just that. If your thinking about buying the bike but unsure because it is a internet purchase, this company will make you feel comfortable with your purchase and after the sale questions. Ordered the bike during the holiday season and it shipped in four days and I received it within one week. I also live on the East Coast. The bike was well packaged and very easy to assemble.

The ebikes we offer are water-resistant, and can be ridden in wet weather conditions. ("Water-resistant" is different than "waterproof." Most ebikes are not waterproof, as they cannot be submerged completely under water.)

Where can I get my bike serviced?

Being a consumer-direct business, we do not currently do not have physical service centers. We recommend contacting your local bicycle maintenance shop to ask of they offer repairs and parts for your ebike model.
