This bike is so cool! It is solid and well built. The ride is smooth and it goes faster than I need to go!! The build was quick with only some minor adjustments needed. The fenders add to the look, at quick glance it looks like a motorcycle. Very pleased with my purchase!!

When my salesman asked me to try this bike out I didn't hesitate one second. It just looked right. But when I started to ride it I realized immediately this was a Home Run of a bike. Smooth, powerful and a big head turner and I ride it every chance I get. Almost every night. I've added the fender/rack packages and I have to say this is what I look forward all day. This bike is absolutely AMAZING!!! I'm 6'00", 255 lbs. This bike fits me perfectly. The style and engineering of this bike is superior to the rest. The ride is so much fun. I feel like a kid again. The 'pedal assist' is very responsive and makes riding this bike a dream. The head light is really bright, and lights up the roadway like a motorcycle. I have ridden this bike up hills and down. It rides up hills with ease and the downhill ride is a thrill. The 'street radar' clocked me at 41 mph. WOW. The bike is heavy and stable. You don't feel the weight when you are pedaling because the Bafang motor is so responsive. This was an awesome gift from my wife and son. I am having a blast, and I LOVE this bike.

The ebikes we offer are water-resistant, and can be ridden in wet weather conditions. ("Water-resistant" is different than "waterproof." Most ebikes are not waterproof, as they cannot be submerged completely under water.)

Being a consumer-direct business, we do not currently do not have physical service centers. We recommend contacting your local bicycle maintenance shop to ask of they offer repairs and parts for your ebike model.
